RETURNS

How to make a return?

To make your return/exchange, please send us an email with the subject “make a return request” and proceed with your order number.
In the case of an exchange you will receive by email a return label to stick on the package.
Exchanges are free, however returns are your responsibility (excluding defective items)*.
